Delete your Sober Stride account

Inside the app, choose Profile → More → Account → Delete Account to open account controls, then confirm permanent deletion. Account and support is also available during onboarding and on the subscription screen; no purchase or survey is required.

Deletion removes your profile, trackers, check-ins, posts, comments, messages, social relationships, reports, notification tokens, and other account-linked application data from the active database. Your active data becomes inaccessible immediately. Authentication and image-storage cleanup retry automatically during provider outages. Deletion cannot be undone.

For Sign in with Apple accounts, Sober Stride attempts to revoke Apple authorization during deletion. If Apple verification is unavailable, deletion still proceeds; remove the remaining authorization in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Sober Stride → Stop Using Apple ID.

If you cannot access the app, email support@soberstride.app from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
