Delete your Stride account

The fastest method is inside the app: Profile → More → Account → Delete Account. Review the warning, choose any optional feedback, confirm, and the deletion is processed immediately.

Deletion removes your profile, trackers, check-ins, posts, comments, messages, social relationships, reports, notification tokens, and other account-linked application data from the active database. It cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, email support@soberstride.app from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
